Woods Ferry
Tucked into the western side of the county, Woods Ferry Recreation Area offers a quiet escape within the Sumter National Forest with camping, river access, scenic views, and equestrian trails that make it a favorite destination for horseback riders and outdoor enthusiasts seeking one of Chester County’s more secluded adventures.
Ezell Hardware
Ezell Hardware, founded in 1886, holds the distinction of being South Carolina’s oldest continuously operating hardware store.
Skydive Carolina
Skydive Carolina welcomes more than 30,000 jumps each year and has become one of the Carolinas’ premier destinations for skydiving.
Landsford Canal State Park
Landsford Canal State Park is home to the world’s largest known population of Rocky Shoals Spider Lilies, creating a remarkable bloom each May and June along the Catawba River.
Lowrys Old Fashioned Christmas Parade
