The South Carolina Ag + Art Tour is the nation’s largest free, self-guided tour of farms and markets featuring local artisans at every stop. It’s an opportunity to see first-hand where your food comes from, watch artists in action, and bring home a piece of South Carolina heritage.

Chester County is perfectly situated between Charlotte and Columbia, offering a beautiful rural escape. While the full list of 2026 participants is being finalized, here is a glimpse of what makes the Chester County tour a “must-do”:
Farm Life & Fresh Finds: From heritage pork and farm-fresh produce to u-pick flowers and hayrides, our local farms offer an immersive look at modern agriculture. You might find yourself touring the organic fields of Wild Hope Farm or learning about equine therapy at Strides of Strength Therapeutic Services.
Artisans at Every Stop: As you explore the farms, you’ll encounter local artisans showcasing their crafts. Expect to see painters, potters, weavers, and even live music. It’s the perfect chance to shop small and support local creatives.
Family Fun: The tour is designed for all ages! Kids can meet farm animals and participate in educational demonstrations that turn the great outdoors into a classroom.
